Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Agronomists to promote and expand the adoption of QarboGrow among agri-input resellers, distributors, farmers, and plantation owners. The successful candidate will combine strong agronomic knowledge with commercial acumen to drive product sales, build long-term relationships, and support Qarbotech’s growth across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities among agri-input resellers, distributors, farmers, and plantation companies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for QarboGrow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and field trials.
Technical Support & Agronomic Advisory
- Provide guidance on proper use and integration of QarboGrow.
- Collect and analyze customer and field trial feedback.
- Support customers through on-site visits and agronomic consultations.
Marketing & Promotion
- Prepare sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.
- Share success stories and testimonials to strengthen brand credibility.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong understanding of crop physiology, plant nutrition, and sustainable farming practices.
- Proven sales track record, ideally with distributor networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively to rural and plantation areas.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
