Role description

At Qarbotech, we are transforming agriculture with science-driven photosynthesis enhancers and innovative agronomic solutions. Our mission is to empower farmers, cooperatives, and government agencies across Terengganu and Kelantan to improve yield, optimize resources, and adopt sustainable practices for paddy and other crops. We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Agronomy & Project Implementation Executive to lead crop trials, coordinate projects, and translate agronomic insights into real-world impact. This role combines field expertise, project management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable results in sustainable farming.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and oversee paddy and other crops field trials to validate Qarbotech product performance
• Plan, implement, and monitor the adoption of photosynthesis enhancers across multiple crops
• Establish systematic monitoring frameworks to track growth, yield, and sustainability indicators
  Collect, analyse, and interpret agronomic data and stakeholder feedback to refine product applications
• Collaborate with government agencies, farmers, cooperatives, and service providers to ensure smooth project rollout
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customized recommendations for multiple crops
• Conduct field demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to promote sustainable farming practices
• Prepare regular progress reports and maintain documentation, ensuring compliance with agronomic best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Plantation Management, or related field
• Proficiency in soil and crop analysis, agronomic practices, and multi-crop field trials
• Strong ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights for yield improvement and sustainability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with farmers, agencies, and management
  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking across projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agronomy-related software
• Valid driving license (frequent travel across Terengganu and Kelantan)
